I would like to advice anyone. Plans to go to this, El pollo loco @ 19762 ventura blvd not to stop there. Run this service is bad. The food is bad. This supervisor serve me today look me in the face and gave me some spoil queso if this supervisor is doing this, what are the other servers are doing? Don't ever stop there if you guys are hungry. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. the manager Josefina was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I was hit with unexpected charges and felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. If you’re considering coming here, I’d strongly recommend driving a bit further to another branch. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I would definitely avoid this location. Their service is absolutely horrible. They have careless and rude management specially Josephine. They will charge extra for anything and talk to you like you owe them something. You should definitely avoid this location and drive 10 minutes to another one. Save your self some money and headache.

Your ac tech (Steven hughs ac) is sending me invoices for his work at your restaurant. His email details that MY email is the email that was given to him by the restaurant staff to send payment requests to. I have not stepped foot in California in over 7 years. Y'all got some serious incompetence to iron out.
I was there on April 15 at 7:38 pm and purchased a meal ( order number 576). I asked Josefina who claimed to be the manager to use the restroom. She first ignored hearing me then said restroom is closed because it has already been cleaned. I asked her what time do you close she said 9 pm! I said rest room should be open till you close be she turned her back on me. She gave me attitude and when I asked for the manger , she said I am the manager!

Don't even bother getting the double tostada chicken because you will be disappointed with the amount of chicken you get. Even the tostada chip bowl is noticeably smaller! Not worth it with the new price even with the coupon...
