I stopped by for Wednesday Happy Hour food and drinks today because I was in the area. I received excellent customer service! Bartenders Cam and Alex were very pleasant, attentive, professional, and timely when addressing my orders and requests. The food and drinks were very tasty and delivered timely. The atmosphere was so relaxing. My experience today resembled the pleasant experiences I had in the earlier days as a patron of Joey Woodland Hills, back when they first opened in 2016-2017. Welcome Back, Joey Woodland Hills! Keep up the good work! :)

On 3/13 we arrived without a reservation and they were able to accommodate us quickly despite our large group. The service was impeccable. The food was excellent! The wings and tuna salad and hand rolls were delicious. I just want to say thank you to the manager and staff for giving us such a great experience ❤️

Absolute trash service, actually no service or acknowledgement we even existed. Saw other people being served champagne, we were table of 4. No champagne was offered also, was made to stand for in the middle of the service area for 3-4 minutes while someone cleaned a dirty table, interesting thing was there were 3 other tables empty that were clean. 15 minutes went by and no one came by to take our order or even ask if we wanted water. We asked if anyone could come help us, another 5 minutes passed and we leave. Garbage service, hopefully the people there receive the same kind of treatment when they go out

We came a group of five complimentary will but to me it was like a bait and switch, because when we sat down the experience got worse. The server did not ask about any allergies and my family member that was with me had a severe nut allergy and we were told that a dish he already consumed was cross contaminated with oil that was as used to fry a dish that contained nuts. The service overall was sub par and the food was not that great and came out cold. Would not recommend this place.

Joey's was one of my Favorite places. Two nights ago we went to celebrate a birthday. We had reservations. We waited a long time to be seated. I explained due to a medical issue my son needed some bread. No one came to our table for 30 minutes. Again we asked for bread. We were told " this is not free". I said I don't care please bring some bread. The waiter finally came. We explained we needed to order asap. The waiter said...hold on. First drink orders, then appetizers then main courses. I asked about the bread. He said you have to pay. I was ready to walk out. We got the bread. Dinner was fine. The waiter said who's birthday is it? What would you like for dessert.? We ordered two items thinking one would be complimentary. Another staff brought the desserts, took the table candle moved it to her plate and said....here. we were charged $30 for the desserts. All of this ruined the evening and none of us will ever go back.

We came here today to celebrate my birthday and the service was atrocious! I think our waiter's name is Yan-Li. At least that's what it said on the receipt. He was a male, average to tall, black hair. Our drinks took very long to come out. Our food took sooooo long to come out. He told us the appetizers would come out first but they never did. When all the food finally came out, they came out like 1 at a time, then 2, then 3... They didn't all come out together. In fact, me, the birthday girl's food came out last. My friends were so sweet and didn't want to be rude so they all waited for me to get my food so we can eat together. Our food was lukewarm to cold, bland, flavorless. I've had better food at the Cheesecake Factory for half the price. When we were done with our entree, we weren't offered dessert. He gave us the bill right away. Someone in my party asked, can we get a birthday dessert for our friend? That one small dessert took a long time to come out too. Not once did the waiter apologize for any long wait time nor did he care to check how our food was at any point of our meal. I want to go as far as to say, I think he stereotyped us... by the way we looked... He then assumed we weren't going to tip. Therefore, gave us bad service as a result. Now, if that wasn't the case, then he really is just a terrible, TERRIBLE waiter. When it came to paying the bill, the waiter was no where to be found. After waiting a long time, our friend got up to go find him so we can pay. We tipped him 15%. It would have been a better tip had the service been good. He didn't even say thank you. We should have left nothing! When I realized he didn't say thank you and just walked away, I so badly wanted to call him back to change the tip to zero. But I didn't and just let it go because my friends told me to. I'm easy. There's just two simple things he could have done differently that would have appeased me. 1.) He could have apologized for the extremely long wait times. 2.) He could have said 'thank you' for the tip. Had he done those simple two things, I wouldn't have written this review, even though the service was still bad.

I so very much enjoyed my first time dinning at Joey in Woodland Hills. I am obsessed with the Espresso Martinis my server Nadjana recommended. She was so pleasant and all her recommendations were amazing. She was also so kind to make my entrees shareable. The Chilean Sea-bass was so flavorful and light. My girlfriend and I also split the Steak with the Pressed Seared Salmon Sushi. And Wow! I’m obsessed .

We were greeted by the front desk nicely. Though we waited for 20 minutes, they offered free wine while waiting. The manager was nice, and our server, Thomas, was excellent, providing us with good service. I always order the lettuce wrap because it offers a perfect combination of spicy and savory flavors, complemented by the crunch of crispy wontons and the freshness of lettuce. You can't go wrong with the Parmesan truffle fries.

We had a delightful experience this afternoon at Joeys. Starting with hostess Victoria giving us complimentary sparkling wine and a friendly welcome. The service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. We look forward to returning.

Joeys is a place we always see n hear about so we decided to give it a try. Service was terrible. We were seated at 5:12pm, it was 5:32pm and no one had checked on us, plenty of servers walking around, who would look at our table and NO ONE had the courtesy to check on us. I finally got up, talked to a manger asking who was our server, About 5 mins later of a server asking who was assigned to table “104” no one knowing who was the assigned server to our table (bar area). Gardy D. came over and said he was not the server but he would take care of us until they figured out who was our server. There is a major lack of accountability, manger didnt even seem to know herself who was our server, manager never came back to apologize or even check on us. Servers seem to think they’re too hip (cool) to pay detailed attention. Walk by you like there just the ….Valet workers were ALOT more attentive! On a good note they offer complementary champagne while you wait to be seated. Food was good. Drinks were ok, we had Smoky Paloma and Mai Thai.

Lilian was a very attentive server ... and easy on the eyes, too. ;)The chilean seabass was perfectly glazed and moist, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the apple pie and molten chocolate cake.
