An absolute standout. The sautéed scallops were rich, refined, and beautifully executed, while the fried rice was perfectly textured with layers of flavor in every bite. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. Makanai is ready I’ll absolutely be indulging again.
I picked up the miso to hold me over till dinner and the soup is great! I think the awesome service is what stands out to me the most, though. Thank you chefs! I’ll be back to try the steak!
