I ordered food 2 hours in an advance , but my food wasn’t ready . The chef had audacity give me attitude on top of nothing having my order and he was surprised Iwas upset . Instead apologizing he said I have wait even longer . Never coming back !

Three star is perhaps a little bit generous but that's only for the food. The food was okay but the service was not good at all. Also, the atmosphere had nothing to brag about. Admittedly, they were doing some renovation but still does not justify the close to none service.

Nostal is getting messed up. The food quality and customer service is getting worse and worse everytime.Last time I ordered catering for my party and they sent the wrong items.Everytime we go there for dine in we have to wait too much for the server and every single item. Orders get messed up or they are out of many items.I wanted to give another chance today after a while but the guy who was taking my pick up order was super rude. He said the pickup order will be ready in 40 minutes, but when I got there they said it will be ready in the next 20 minutes. They totally forgot about my order, they just started preparing it when I got there.Dude try to manage your place. Instead of just adding seats maybe add more employees or a good manager!

The food is greasy and awful. The service is really bad. The ambiance is a literally a PARKING LOT. The personnel is unresponsive and un-caring to the neighbors and neighborhood; a nuisance and very loud at night got the neighbors a mile away!!

It's an interesting concept. The fact that you're sitting in the middle of a parking lot is a little bit odd to me, but guess it works for some people specially, If it's midnight and there's a bunch of few friends there,we ordered the Persian pizza, and it wasn't really that great, as it was a little soggy, but the owner was very good at taking charging, changing it without before we asked, but it did take another 30 min.I'm not a crazy about the Persian pizza, but I know lots of people love it, and that's what they go there for.They also have hookah and everything else, so I guess all in all, it's just gotta be your type of place to go and hang out.

Very under staffed and disorganized. Our pizza was late an hour because of this. They cut the cord on the live musician so the dj could play midway in his performance, what a mood breaker. Bathroom was broken too. Hookah was not good either, no purge valve on the damn thing. On top of all that ur sitting in the middle of a parking lot, but that’s gana be least of your worries. Only good thing is the pizza but it’s overpriced.
