They have minimum selection, 6 hours til closing and more than half the bakery is empty. Visit the Encino location for a true Paris B. Experience where you have lots of selections to choose from and they make fresh bakery every hour. Need better management.

Pastries were nice but I was disappointed that they did not serve English Breakfast or regular black hot tea. They only had Earl Grey which has a very distinctive flavor - not to everyone's liking. They tried to say that Earl Grey is English Breakfast. -it really isn't (I am English). Unfortunately this has put me off coming in regularly for tea and cake.

So nice i saw a old friend there and got to meet a new one for a little cake and coffee. What a visit to a new place . Sevice wass womderful and everything looked so yummy ?
Parking: Its a big strip mall and as busybas it is , lots of parking
Horrible experience at this location. Cake decorators REFUSED to write on the cake which I ordered because they were too busy. However they were not too busy to socialize and write Happy Birthday on the cake which a customer who came in AFTER me ordered. Apparently one needs to speak the same language as the workers and flirt with them in order to get any service here.
After waiting for 10 minutes - I was told that they had actually given my cake to the man whom they were chatting with. i had already paid and was offered a refund. Unfortunately ended up with a smaller cake. Make the drive to the Encino location. This place is terrible.
