Coffee and pastries are good, turkey cheese melt and chipotle chicken sandwiches were awful, have been here several times and mostly the staff are glum, unwelcoming, as if they are doing you a favor

Terrible customer service. They should be more friendly to their customers. You come for the first time and leave not wanting to come back.

I usually love Paris Baguette but today while picking my pastry, I witnessed the franchise owner shouting at one of the employees right in the dining room. It was abusive. It left a sour taste in mouth. That man will not get my hard earned dollars.

The food is good. The staff are untrained in customer service and have “attitude” . The better seats are occupied by computer “loafers” for long term. They are a throwback of Starbucks. To succeed, you need better management.

This is a chocolate croissant where you have to search for the chocolate. One tiny piece in the entire croissant. Mostly air, barely any filling.

I had a very disappointing experience at Paris Baguette due entirely to the cashier, Veronica C.

From the moment I approached the counter, she was extremely rude and unfriendly—no greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. After placing a large order totaling about $70, I was still in the middle of ordering when she abruptly closed my ticket before I could add a coffee.

When I asked if I could still order a coffee, she turned her back to me and ignored me for several minutes. I had to ask again, at which point she rolled her eyes and said, “Yeah sure,” in a very dismissive tone. After I paid, she once again turned her back and walked away without saying anything.

I understand everyone can have a bad day, but this level of rudeness and lack of professionalism—especially after spending a significant amount of money—is unacceptable. Customer service should never make someone feel like an inconvenience.

Unfortunately, this experience really left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

Hello, I placed an online order a few days ago, but the store told me they have no record of it. I was charged, but I never received the cake. Please look into this urgently and issue a refund. Thank you.

I went in to Paris Baguette this morning. I ordered a peach ice tea and brownie. The ice tea was good, however the brownie was hard. I asked the person at the front counter if I could get something else. She said we can't do that. I understand that it may have been baked this morning, however it was still hard and over baked. She should have let me replace it with something else. This is poor customer service.

You can eat the food in line if you’re quick enough and don’t leave any crumbs. The employees don’t want this so you have to make sure you’re sneaky enough, otherwise they’ll say some really crazy things like “sir your not allowed to eat the food before you purchase it” and “sir you need to pay for that, I can see you eating the cronut and just because you’re hunched under the table, it doesn’t mean that I can’t see or hear you eating.” I got the twisted cinnamon donut and it was pretty good 8/10

Morning meetings here provide better setting than crowded coffee shops with satisfying products and comfortable seating available. Staff keeps noise reasonable making business discussions actually possible and productive!

Satisfying products range from simple butter cookies to elaborate wedding cakes all maintaining same attention to detail and quality, prices reflect value rather than overcharging for bakery reputation alone.
