Very delicious pastries. This is my go-to place for cakes. The blueberry is delish!! However, 4/4 times I've been recently the customer service is not good. I keep thinking it was just the exception but I realize some people may not be trained (hence, management problem). No greeting, Iast time I just got a stare. One time a rep was helping me with a cake which she went to the back to get, she didn't bother to tell me it was on the counter and went on to help someone else. Please communicate with your customers. Otherwise, Paris Baguette pastries are the best.

I traveled a great distance to have their supreme croissant. They didn’t have any. Disappointing.

Fresh and consistently delicious pastries. Unfortunately the customer service approach from some of the counter service representatives is less than ideal. Honestly, customer service these days is pretty much gone at the fast casual corporate level restaurants. Everything from the customer greeting to the friendliness of staff seems to be stressed from the app order world. Hopefully, it was just an off day. I will give it another try and report back.

They have minimum selection, 6 hours til closing and more than half the bakery is empty. Visit the Encino location for a true Paris B. Experience where you have lots of selections to choose from and they make fresh bakery every hour. Need better management.

Pastries were nice but I was disappointed that they did not serve English Breakfast or regular black hot tea. They only had Earl Grey which has a very distinctive flavor - not to everyone's liking. They tried to say that Earl Grey is English Breakfast. -it really isn't (I am English). Unfortunately this has put me off coming in regularly for tea and cake.
Unprofessional staff, most of the time they didn’t follow your request , when you mention it ,they have attitude. they didn’t say any apology For their mistake .

Their pastry and their coffee are very good. But, the staff are like robots working there. Their manner is not acceptable, especially the older lady works in front. They need to rethink about their customer service.

Rude customer service No directions when you walk in to order and pick up. We ordered cakes in advance but they had no time or suggestions to put a name on our birthday cakes, really? Answer was, No Mam! No apologies
