Pascal Patisserie & Cafe is the best cafe I found in 32 years of living in San Fernando Valley!!! Their croissants with pistachios are simply incredible and so is barley and mushroom soup. The vegetable pastry with avocado đ„, asparagus, bell pepper and feta crumbles is simply incredible

The deserts/pastries we got were completely serviceable, but were nothing extraordinary. Our main issue was the apparent lack of care in the hygiene of the utensils, plating and glassware. The utensils had water and soap stains, either from improper washing technique, or from improper supplies used to sanitize our cutlery. The same issue was present for one of the glasses, where it had a sticky, clearish white residue on the side. I would assume it is a combination of both lack of training and supplies, as there is a âcooks neededâ sign out front. We ended up not using the cutlery as it was off putting to use.
Side note: We used to come relatively often, before the side expansion was mostly completed, it seems like the quality has worsened whilst also gotten noticeably more expensive than it once was. You are better off elsewhere for a cutesy cafe experience.

A nice bakery with a huge variety of pastries. Tried the creme brĂ»lĂ©e pastry which was delicious! However the avocado toast was very plain, didnât taste avocado at all, eggs were not cooked well.
Second visit. The raspberry chocolate cake is really good, but the americano is a joke! you can hardly taste espresso itâs just a water with brown colorđ
From two visits I can tell this place is really good for pastries, but when it comes to food and drinks it needs some improvement. Get your coffee from somewhere else!
We have been in here a few times for breakfast and enjoyed it. But this morning we were waiting in line with our toddler in a stroller, so I moved out of the way of the path where the line is so people could walk by, and then we were told by a rude male employee that we werenât next in line and to get to the back of the line. Very rudely.

Years ago I found this place and first time tasted pistachio croissant. Ever since I donât know how many people I introduced this bakery. Everything is good.
This time my friends from Japan requested their croissant again. I guess it became must EAT every visit in LA spot.
Their pistachio croissant is unique compared to other bakery. Just try their pasties. You will know why everyone loves it!
