Delish. Could use a soda fountain.
My first reason for the 5 star rating was the service! Our host/cashier was amazing and patient, as it was our first time. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was a pleasant surprise that our food was brought out to our table, I was expecting to go to the counter and pick it up. I tried to spicy pepperoni and I have to tell you it’s definitely spicy be prepared to order that lemonade but when I walked in, I could see the place was busy.

Prime Pizza is a fantastic place with great pizza and excellent customer service. The pizza is made with care and has a unique flavor profile. Many note the soft and moist texture of the dough, a crunchy undercarriage, and lots of thicker sauce. The house made sauces like Marinara, Ranch, and Spicy Ranch add more flavor. Specific favorites include the square slice and pies with pesto and tomato sauce feeling and thick layers of ricotta cheese. The Arnold Palmer drink has a nice sweet-tart balance. The pasta is also a must, enough for two.
The experience is always great. Staff are sweet and make customers feel right at home, walking them through the types of pizzas and sides. The music is 90's R&B. While some note the original Burbank location is special, the newer Woodland Hills spot is a favorite place to grab a pie and is highly recommended. It is a top favorite pizza in the valley.
