Very clean and well designed. Good location and street access. Plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and efficient Wheelchair accessible. My go-to breakfast items: White chocolate mocha, rolled oats, spinach feta wrap.
Update...we went back the next day and the matcha was spot on and they gave it to us free!
Original review....Our Matcha lattes were very clumpy and we couldn't drink them....1 star but adding 2 stars because the manager offered us a free drink instead. Matcha needs to be sifted and whisked.

The barista mentioned that it might be busy during rush hours. One word that defines their leadership, according to the on-site manager, is "empathetic." Thank you for the reflective moment while enjoying my Pike Place Roast.
