Let me tell you , Chris and the morning crew customer service was absolutely the best service I ever had…. No way this guy is that cool. Handled the situation like a true Human being and Boss . No issues and everyone happy. I love it ….Amy Tina and the rest crew made my day thank you Starbucks. Me and my family’s never going to another location Facts ❤️

Of all of the Starbucks I go to ,this Starbucks has the most friendly and attentive staff of them all..I was gone from here for like 6 months because of personal issues...but in the mean time the Manager Maria has put an even stronger team together!!!!! Thank you all ..from Budweiser

Easily one of the slowest Starbucks locations and I mean slow like the workers don’t move! It’s usually a pretty relaxed Starbucks not a lot of people here and I think the workers are used to loving slow. In the morning they are half asleep. I place a mobile order and when I arrive it’s still not made I’m still waiting so long I have to ask where my drink is!!! It’s amazing how i slow they are when most of us in the morning are I hurried to get to work.

WHY can't the person taking my order get it right???!!! 95% of the time, when I order my drink, it's WRONG when I get it!!! STARBUCKS needs to do better!!! Prices are way too expensive for this!!

This was the terrible Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered two Trenta drinks and even left a tip, but in the end I got one Trenta and one small size. I pointed it out, and they told me I had to pay extra. As a result, they never gave me the second drink I ordered. The employee named Rob took my order that day.
Stop in to use there restaurant. Upon asking for the code. The staff 1st requested that i purchase something. I am a professional and dress par for work i do. I find it rude and uncalled for that i would be required to purchase something. After using there bathroom not purchasing anything.
My work team and i left to find another place to conduct our weekly staff meeting. My company spends a average of $60 - $80 per week handling our service business.
BAD SERVICE, DISAPPOINTED, LOST REVENUE
Since when did Starbucks stop giving out a cup of water unless you're making a purchase? I don't drink Starbucks coffee anymore because It's not quality coffee in my opinion, but being denied a cup of water is new to me. Maybe it's because I had my doo rag on since I just had my hair braided. Kind of feel like I was denied simply off racial discrimination to be honest with you. I could be wrong though. I suppose Starbucks is no longer the place for me at all. So long 🫡

I am one of those people who NEVER likes to give a bad review, but today is a not so good day 🫠
I bought my glass just as it is seen in the photograph 📸🍶 I asked the lady if she could prepare my drink and pour it into the glass at once. No, the one it normally comes in, so as not to waste more plastic ♻️ She said it wasn't possible, especially because of the straw my cup had. Fue extraño, porque el vaso 🥛 estaba nuevo, pero bueno...
These are details that are a bit uncomfortable. And apart from that, the drink tasted a bit lumpy, since I have always ordered my drink "Ice Matcha tea Latte" and in other locations, I have not been served that way. I hope it is the first and last time. Because I was not left with a good taste in my mouth 🫢
