The Tuna sandwich is great, and very tasty, healthy option for a lunch on the fly.

Too bad they dont have a beer and wine license, it would be a great combo to gave a the Santa Barbara burger and a nice cold one.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the front always has negative vibe, everytime I have came in to pick up a my order she never acknowledges me and I’m just standing at the counter waiting. She clearly see’s me and know I’m there to pick up my order. I didn’t want to leave this review but I hope she will improve her customer service and her attitude. Her name started with a L

Amazing burgers

As soon as I walked in it smelled like old burnt oil you smell in very cheap fastfood places.The bun was falling apart and the French fries were small almost burnt but cold. They looks like they were made a while ago and they were running out Plus $2 for a small ranch? You gotta do better.

I've ordered three times in the last two weeks. I add extra ingredients for an extra fee, but EVERY TIME they don't add them. Just EVERY TIME. I've never encountered such deception in any store in your chain.

The customer service here was terrible. We waited over 20 min for our food and spent $60+ on food for our family of 5. I have three children, two of whom ordered adult meals, and when they asked for the gummies that come with the kids’ menu, they were denied.

it's the habit, so it was good but this location has bad service

This Habit Burger Grill location is the best one in the San Fernando Valley in my opinion. My Habit Char Burger and French Fries came out fresh and hot. The burger was well put together and not falling apart like some burgers at the other locations I’ve been to. The wait was not too long and ordering at the kiosk allowed me to get my order placed with the kitchen before the people who were in the restaurant before me and in line to order at the cash register.
