When I arrive to the restaurant around 9 pm, the manager Nestor, they couldn't make the Imposible Whopper because they turned off the griller to clean it. The restaurant lobby closes at 10 pm and drive through at 11. They mentioned that they cooked plenty of patties for regular whoppers this means that whom ever order whoppers after 9:45, their food is not fresh.

Oh my goodness what an awesome experience!!! My friend really wanted to go here for her birthday, and let’s just say I brought balloons and everything and they let me decorate for her even though it was a fast food restaurant. Leonard and his team were amazing and I greatly appreciate them all!!!

I tried to order food for my youngest child off the adult menu since they don't offer something similar in the children's menu. I tried to switch the drink to something else. I understand that juice is extra, I usto work at Burger King. Then I tried to switch it to fountain drink to which the girl that was on the head set told me that anything besides coffee is extra. The food was good but the service was unprofessional. Attitude and tone of delivery is everything in the day food and restaurant industry!

Greedy owners block national deals and don't accept coupons they sent me in the mail. Their other store across town shut down and now they are choosing to double down and ruin this one too. Will spend my money elsewhere and can't wait for there to be a different restaurant in this location soon.

The only thing I order is a double bacon king $13 and the ONLY THING I ORDER IS XTRA ONOIN AND REMIND THEM EXTRA ONION

I have lived in woodland 10 years and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Now I know it's the same employees for a long time now.
