Sol Méxican Cuisine is a great place that accommodates dietary restrictions. They were willing to allow customers to bring their own vegan cheese and chips. The veggie burritos with roasted peppers and onions were delicious, and the server suggested a great addition. The staff was kind, understanding, and did not mind special requests. The food was hot, tasty, and as ordered. While they were out of Chile rellenos, the margaritas were good. Overall, Sol offers excellent food, flawless service, and well-poured drinks.
