The downside from this Food Truck establishment was that I had to build out my own tostada onto a pre-packaged hard tortilla. Let’s all hope that the crab meat was cooked because I wasn’t expecting cold shredded crab ? meat!
On a side note: the napkins provided are too small and don’t provide enough surface area to prevent food spillage from soaking into the customer’s shirt!???“

Their tacos and salsa are amazing!!! My favorite meats are tripas, extra crispy, cabeza, chorizo, al pastor of course, which is their number one and authentic with the trompo (spit fire), and their salsa is also amazing!!!
