You know what I had a bad rating for Jack in the box the quality of the food seemed like it was diminishing and prices were going up. Seems like every time I go there no matter what area I have to wait a long time to get my food. However they came out with the Jack smash it's probably one of the best fast food burgers I've had. Even though it's kind of on the pricey side it's well worth it considering every burger and meal at McDonald's is about the same...

I have been ordering through the drive thru off and on for the past year now and have never had an issue with any of my orders. Well tonight I had a late night craving for some sweets so I ordered a Jack's Baked Brownie, 3 Pumpkin Croissant Bites, and 7 stuffed jalapeños online. The website told me my food would be ready within 7-9 minutes in which it wasn't. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes upon arrival in the parking lot. The lady who brought my order was...
