So happy to have found a solid breakfast option in town. We had the chilaquiles and the huevos rancheros and were very pleased with the quality of the dishes. Most Mexican restaurants in the area drown their dishes in sauce and cheese, Las Marcas makes fresh balanced dishes. The salsas and refried beans were delicious. We do wish the salsas had a little more kick. Service was excellent! Overall we were really pleased and hope that this restaurant succeeds.
So after having two different meals at Las Maracas I will leave a review. My first visit was for lunch, it was later in the afternoon so there was no one there. The service of course was very good. The waitress was friendly and quick to refresh our salsa bowl. I had the Chili Verde burrito and it was OK, not the worst & not the best. To start with, the chips and salsa were delicious! The chips were crispy and served warm. The prices for the food were fair and the quality was good. The portions were satisfying without feeling too heavy. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. I will definitely return to sample their breakfast menu.
