Just had dinner at Las Maracas. Food was very good, friendly, quiet and clean. Next will try breakfast. Go support this restaurant that moved from Knights Landing .
Amazing!!! Thank you, Javier for helping us celebrate our mom's birthday. We live in Elk Grove, traveled to Knight's Landing to try the food, hired them and would do it all over again! They catered the event in Natomas!!
Javier catered a complete taco bar with three meats (carnitas, chicken and asada), rice, beans, salad (beautiful mixed greens not iceberg)dressing, aguas and complete set up, service and tear down. The food was amazing! I highly recommend Las Maracas for any...read full review
We chose Soria's Catering recently for our wedding and the food and service was EXCEPTIONAL. Javier, the owner, is beyond professional, he was very communicative and helpful with everything.
It was awesome to see him assemble his delicious appetizers in front of everyone with the expertise of a true chef. He provided his carne asada tostadas and veggie sopes as the appetizers and a full taco bar as the entree.
His services were reasonably priced and he gladly met...read full review

Las Maracas Mexican Restaurant serves delicious chips and salsa, with warm and crispy chips that are not greasy like at other places. The prices are fair, and the portions are satisfying without being too heavy. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff, including a sweet and funny server. Customers highly recommend trying the breakfast menu, especially the omelet, breakfast burrito with chorizo, and the breakfast potatoes. The restaurant is known for making fresh, balanced dishes without drowning them in sauce and cheese. The asada tacos are well seasoned and highly recommended, while the tacos with chicken and pastor are tasty, though the pastor could have more flavor. The Chile Verde in the burrito bowl is perfectly cooked and tender, with just the right spice. The chips, made fresh, melt in your mouth, and the handmade tortillas are amazing. The tamales topped with sauce and cheese are well liked. Some dishes like the Chili Relleno and nachos with carnitas received praise, while others like the Chilaquiles and Chorizo with country potatoes were considered average. The service during busy times can be a bit slow, but overall, customers are pleased with the food quality and hope the restaurant continues to succeed. There is plenty of parking, and the space is larger compared to other restaurants. Many guests say it’s the best Mexican place they’ve visited and plan to return.
