Came on Saturday around 10 am and it was locked despite hours showing it opened at 9 am. There was a worker inside but whenever we knocked they would avoid eye contact and wouldn’t answer the phone when we called or anything.
I ordered a steak teriyaki onion 12 inch sandwich, the guy making the sandwich forgot i requested the 12 in and made a deep cut into the bun then heated it. He hardly put the sauce on it. It was dry and so bland, I added a teriyaki sauce packet I had, the sandwich fell apart where had prematurely cut into it, he started another order and left mine in the oven past the alarm so it was dry.
