I’ve always loved this place but on Saturday June 21, 2025 I was there with a friend having lunch and our female waiter (did not get her name but appeared to be Latina or Asian) displayed unconscious bias towards us. She was very polite to Caucasian customers but completely ignored us. The lady next to us requested a box for her pizza and the waiter very politely took the pizza and brought it back packed in a box. When my friend asked for a box for her pizza, the waiter walked...

Best French onion soup anywhere. The smash burger is surprisingly really good too. The bartender on the weekends is always great and takes care of us. Lots of Silicon Valley lore and memorabilia on the walls and the ceiling. Fantastic place for food!

The most welcoming manager in the world. Took us on a tour of the whole place explaining who sat where and what deal was done on what takeout napkin that won’t disintegrate if you happen to leave it in the back pocket of your carbon neutral, recycled polyester active wear sweatpants and they go thru the wash.
I can understand why the mega deals get agreed in such a mega restaurant. A must for every budding gazillionaire to visit.
