The food was overpriced but not bad quality. Unfortunately I had an uncomfortable experience here with the staff. One older woman working there was berating another male staff member in front of customers, and she also was very short and unkind to me while I was ordering. The views here are beautiful though and the overall environment is nice. Hopefully she has a better day tomorrow.
Great family friendly pub with cold beer on tap and table games. Beer was super cold and the fish and chips were excellent. Would recommend stopping by if you’re camping at table mountain or just happen to be in the area.

North Lodge Grill & Pub - Mt High is a relaxed place with stoner vibes, ideal for snowboarding enthusiasts. The atmosphere is friendly, with music playing and a BBQ stand outside. The location offers lessons for beginners, similar to ski and snowboarding classes, with instructors like Tanya who are welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. The lodge provides a cozy spot to rest and enjoy warm food or drinks after a day on the slopes. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great place to gather with friends and family to hang out, play games, listen to music, or walk around. The outdoor eating area is very nice and accommodating for all. The mountain itself is close enough for a quick trip from LA—just over an hour on good days—making it perfect for those wanting to get their snow fix without long travel. While the variety of slopes isn’t extensive and can feel repetitive, it’s ideal for practicing the basics and improving skills. The short runs make it easy to hop back on the lift and get more laps in, providing quick thrills and steady progress. The overall vibe is about fun, learning, and enjoying the mountain environment. Although it may not be the most challenging mountain, its charm lies in being beginner-friendly and perfect for casual days on the slopes or sharpening technique.
