I came in this evening curious about the Dunkin brand, and I left agitated . The seating outside is 5 stars, that is fun and plenty of seatingThe food though? Zero if allowable. The donuts were stale. There is no way Ben Affleck is actually consuming the product that he's paid to be the spokesperson for.Im not one to ask for my money back, I just leave and don't return. Why specialize in donuts when they are obviously old? Mom and Pop donut shops are far superior than the commercialized of Dunkin . Employee seemed annoyed and rather be talking non work gossip to her co workers.Please tell your employees, whomever the franchisee owner is, show how to give good guest service, because it's lacking here .

I really hate to give low reviews but I'm extremely upset this morning. It's my son's birthday today and he specifically requested dunkin donuts this morning. I placed the order last night and this morning the order was delivered but without the donuts!! That was the main thing he wanted and was excited for. We've had small issues with this location before too, but I always let it go and kept going back. But now I'm just going to find another donut shop.

I love this location so much! Service is always incredible and quick, especially at the drive thru. Food and drinks always taste amazing and the staff is very understanding if I need to change something about my order. This has become my go-to place to get some quick and delicious food!

The Dunkin-franchise has lost a customer for the horrible service at the Yorba Linda location. Ashamed, I really like the food. Last Sunday I was held hostage in the drive-thru for 30-min, during which time they served a total of 6 cars, including mine. If this was a labor dispute "work slow-down", shame on them. If not, even more so. There was a full staff in there, but they certainly were not in any sort of hurry. They really deserve to go out-of-business.

Dunkin' is my other spot I like to go for good pastries and coffee. (Sorry President Donuts) When I go to the car wash next door on a Saturday morning, I pop in for a coffee and cinnamon roll. Everything always tastes great, coffee is hot, the place is always clean and the staff are friendly. I'm in and out of there quickly and they never disappoint!

I went here to get our normal fix of coffee and sandwiches and the women on headset was stoned out of her mind. Or that's what I thought . She didn't know how to take an order keeps asking us what we said and told us when we asked for sandwiches that it was going to be a long time because they have to make the food, well dah? I get to the window and SHE IS ON HER CELL PHONE ON A PHONE CALL ? Talking to whoever while handlingy card? What? And than hands us someone's else's online order ? With a sandwich instead of my husband's donuts ? What is going on dunkin we were the only customers in the drive thru and a gentleman eventually ended up finished up with us and he was amazing. He needs a raise she however needs to be strained. I want to o verify neither of them were rude it's just she was on her phone while helping us and it clearly distracted her

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I had a good experience. We went through the drive-thru, there is a wait but what place with good coffee doesn't? The cold brew is delicious, I ordered the unsweetened vanilla and donuts are good and not greasy like other places. I like this Dunkin Donuts. Give them a chance.

Here are the reasons why I give this place 1 star:Poor customer service. The store is always filthy.Excessive wait times for order to be ready.They have no process in place to handle orders when they are busy. Seems like they randomly pick orders to complete rather than get orders out in a first in first out basis.

service is extremely slow. the ladies were just talking while they had a handful of customers waiting on our food As far as sanitary, I saw one of them touch their face with a glove and continue to use that same glove to make the food. I wouldn't recommend.

Not a dependable location. This location is consistently closed for walk-ins unfortunately and likely due to bad management. Even this morning, I walked to go grab my coffee and the sign out front stated the lobby is closed and only taking drive through orders. I'm not sure why their lobby is closed. It's a fairly new facility and overall good location. I hope this helps. Anyone else have this issue with this facility?

I wouldn't review usually but omg they are anyways closed at random times it's 6:55 and it's a ghost town. Not the first time this happens the worst Dunkin' I've ever been too. This is the closest to my houses and I don't know why I keep coming back always a disappointing experience.
