Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to hands down. Every time I place a mobile order I wait to leave my house 15 minutes after ordering to pick it up. When I get there they havent even looked at my order. So I have to wait another 20 minutes. Laziest employees I’ve ever seen, worst customer service, it’s been like this for years now. Please make a change :)

Some great Jimmy John's food. This location is SLOW. I thought it was a fluke the first few times I went, but the more I go, the more the pattern fills out. They're always slow, eliminating one of the two things that makes Jimmy's worth it.

Excellent sandwiches. Staff need more customer service training. When I picked up my order associate did even look at me and hand me the order and turned around.
No eye contact, a good afternoon or even a thank you,

Best Italian sandwich so far for me. Has a real deli made flavor. Bread tastes great and is smaller in diameter more like bite size.

Used to be one of my favorite sandwich places around here and would often order with their "freaky fast" delivery, but not anymore. The delivery fee is now $6 for one sandwich and I live literally a block away from them. That's not freaky fast, that's freakin' ridiculous. Well, You lost my business. Hopefully the management wises up otherwise I'm done. Who would pay a $6 delivery fee for a $11 sandwich? That's just crazy.

The sandwiches are OK, but kinda light on the meat. The 18" sandwich is about $20 if add anything. I realize that all prices have gone up, but that's a lot for a sandwich that isn't loaded. At least they have a drive thru, unlike Subway.
