Used to be one of my favorite sandwich places around here and would often order with their "freaky fast" delivery, but not anymore. The delivery fee is now $6 for one sandwich and I live literally a block away from them. That's not freaky fast, that's freakin' ridiculous. Well, You lost my business. Hopefully the management wises up otherwise I'm done. Who would pay a $6 delivery fee for a $11 sandwich? That's just crazy.

Food is always great. Best sandwiches in town! It's also the only sandwich spot with a drive-thru. How can you beat that? Perfect way to start my day.

This Jimmy John's location makes the best sandwiches! They have great recommendations on sandwiches. Great customer service and they were fast! They even have a drive thru here!

This is my go-to sub shop I love their subs. But lately, the bread is hard like it's a day-old.

A spicy Italian with 2 jalapeños and barely any lettuce. Please learn how to make the items on your menu. I can see why this place has such a low rating

The sandwiches are OK, but kinda light on the meat. The 18" sandwich is about $20 if add anything. I realize that all prices have gone up, but that's a lot for a sandwich that isn't loaded. At least they have a drive thru, unlike Subway.

My son was dying for a Subway sandwich, so we decided to come out to Jimmy John's. It did not disappoint! Our sandwiches were ready in less than five minutes, they were fresh, and tasted amazing! Can't wait to come back and try the summer wraps. Definitely come here for an afterschool snack or for lunch.

I went to this location yesterday and ordered at 1:15pm, I was told they were a little behind and the wait would be about 15 minutes. Honestly this made no sense to me since I actually worked at a Jimmy John's years ago and know how easy it is to make the sandwiches and how the whole point is "freaky fast" sandwiches. I wasn't in a huge rush and was really craving a sandwich so said it was fine. The drive-thru line didn't seem long and I kept seeing cars get their food and move about their day but then inside the shop there was probably about 15 of of us waiting(1 larger group of about 10 who was there before me). By 1:35pm the group in front of me had received maybe 2 of their sandwiches and no word on mine, I checked a couple times and they kept saying it was coming. By 1:45 the group finally had all their sandwiches but some of them were wrong, still no word on mine and at this point I was about to roll through the drive-thru since they kept helping them above their customers inside! By 1:55pm I FINALLY got my sandwich. No complaints on the sandwich but waiting 40 minutes for a sandwich is actually insane ESPECIALLY Jimmy Johns where they are supposed to have the sandwich to you by the time you're done paying. Moral of the story always do the drive thru if your a customer and if your management you should ask what happened yesterday and make sure whatever the problem was is fixed and doesn't happen again because it really shouldn't be that hard.

I ate here once and the staff wasn't very pleasant, the food was pretty bland the sandwich was kind of sad, but I decided to give it a second chance today because I was hung over, had a massive headache and was a little nauseous. I really wanted a sandwich and though there are several sandwich places around here that are much better (Jersey Mikes, Togos, Campitellis to name a few) I picked Jimmy John's because it had a drive-thru. I ordered the sandwich online selected drive-thru as the pick up and then headed down there. When I got there the drive-thru was closed, blocked by a sign that said it was due to a staffing shortage. It was a preprinted sign meaning this must be something that happens regularly for them to take the time to order a sign. I then had to park and walk in wearing my lounge clothes and slippers ugh and as I approached the door I realized there was a sign on the front door that said "sorry we are out of provolone" now since that was the only option available online for cheese I walked in and asked if they were entirely out of cheese and the girl at the counter confirmed that was true. By that point I was beyond annoyed. The sandwich I had purchased was a roast beef and provolone. I told her I just wanted my money back. She told me that my sandwich was already made, but how can that be true if they didn't have one of the two ingredients used for that sandwich? They didn't even try to contact me to tell me they were out of cheese. They were just going to give me this sandwich without it. Honestly I've dealt with enough disappointment from Jimmy John's. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. A third time? Nah I'm good.

Another pathetic food establishment you can add to the list of pathetic food establishments Yorba Linda has to offer. The dude taking my order Teagan provided the most lackadaisical service I've had in a while (common in Yorba Linda). I told him what I wanted and he left me hanging with a super long pause. Then some girl came on the mic and I asked what bread they had and she responded with "French". Teagans doctor needs to see this so he can calm down with the heavy medication. Dude is terrible. Got to the window and she handed me the sandwich without a bag. These kids probably think it's funny but damn it's annoying when your hometown's McDonalds outshines every other food stop in town
