This place makes the most amazing vegan sushi! The flavors are so rich and intense! We got 3 rolls (Sweet Pea, The Don and Spider) and took them to the park and had an awesome picnic since they were only open for takeout. Construction going on and we were told that they were converting it to a vegan Chinese place. I hope not, as Chinese doesn't have the same umami flavors as sushi! Love!!! The presentation and flavors of this food are incredible! The spicy rolls brought the . The ramen had a slightly creamy, delicious broth with slurpable noodles and yummy toppings. My favorite rolls were the Spider Rolls and the Caterpillar Rolls--both beautiful to look at with interesting layers of flavor and texture. Delicious! We had the Ramen and 4 rolls for the 3 of us, and we enjoyed everything. The ramen had a bit of spice, just enough to clear my sinuses. The Sweet P and crunchy California were my favorite rolls. My mom, who is not vegan, loved everything as well!The ambience was a bit plain, but that isn't what we came for. Bring us some delicious vegan sushi. We drove 40 miles for this, and will be back.The only downside was the water tasted a little off.
