We had a lovely lunch today and the food is delicious!! The owner is delightful and funny!! We had some madeleines and they were so yummy!! Thank you for a great experience!!
The food is way beyond overrated . The food prices are a enormous ripoff, the pho is very basic compared to places in Garden Grove and Westminster CA. You get two bowls of pho in Grove for the price here at Monarch. I have eaten Pho throughout the world since 1982. From a standpoint in a scale 1 to 10. Monarch scores 5.6 , Your broth is too gamey and the garnish you give is like one single stem of basil? I'm confused. I ate 2 times at this establishment and today will be my last....read full review
