This dark and hidden gem is so delicious. It’s the type of deli you expect off a busy street corner in the heart of the city center. The boars head meats are quality you really taste and the spear pickles are so good. I love the accessibility to pick up a special bottle of vino with friends or grab a quick tall boy for game night. The sandwiches are good! My two cents; Don’t toast the bread.
It gets too crispy and you can’t savor the flavor profiles on your tastebuds. It also beats up your mouth. Aside from not toasting your bun this is a definite weekly go to and a hidden gem along the Boulevard.

I'm such a fan. They have a very decent beer selection at very reasonable prices. They have enough variety to typically include at least one sour beer selection and many local breweries. They tend to have stuff I don't find at Bevmo or Total Wine so I like to hit up all three. I'm a fan of their Boar's Head deli sandwiches as well. I do wish they had breakfast burritos like the other location though. Sometimes I'll grab an ice cream, chips, candy, or another snack.

First time here , took 20 mins to get my sandwich , and staff didn't care . First time here and certain it's my last time here. It's just a sandwich, that 20 mins wasted could have gone to a sit in restaurant.

Disappointed….. We picked up two sandwiches from there today and were very disappointed. My pastrami sandwich had barely any meat in it, and the bread just didn’t taste fresh. My boyfriend said his Italian sandwich was OK, but Subway was better. At a cost of $2O for two sandwiches, I would have expected better.

The "woman" or whatever it is - I think she's the owner is horrible. Truly rude and short-tempered. I'll never go back into this overrated deli.

I went in at 4:45 today to order a sandwich. The lady behind the counter aggressively said she would not make a sandwich as they close at 5:00. It was bad enough that she wouldn’t make a sandwich while they were still open, but also had a snotty negative attitude. Well, they just lost a customer!

Must must go to place for wine tasting and wine shopping

Owner is a cool guy, always pretty nice. Prices are average. Sketchy people hang our around back but it's an alleyway so I mean, whatever.

Ok, this place has a fabulous wine selection and if you're into craft beer there are a lot of good choices including some hard to find stuff like Pliny and other offerings. The sandwiches are also tasty and made in great time. HOWEVER...the lady working the counter during the day has an attitude problem that is hard to get past.I have been in that store no less than 100 times and her customer service just plain sucks. Never a smile just a poor smug personality that quite frankly I don't understand. Asked her to get a couple extra beers out of the cooler for me and you would have thought I was asking for gold. I'm sure she must be a relative of the owner. If your listening , get someone with a pleasant attitude and a smile ? it might change your business.

I'm only reviewing the deli at this location. The service is dreadful. Took forever to order our sandwiches and soup. They forget parts of orders and the ordering process is super slow. You'd think sandwiches would be a quick operation. The sandwiches are just OK. I'd actually prefer Jummy John's or Jersey Mike's over these sandwiches.

Super relax COVID protocols and the bread was dry. Some knucklehead customer came up behind me in line. They clearly knew everyone on the staff cause they were having a whole conversation through me while I was trying to complete my transaction. The conversation was about how this customer had COVID, and the lady behind the counter mentioned that the staff member making my sandwich had it too. Neither of these people had masks on.Also, the kid who brought me my sandwich didn’t have a mask on, and my bread was dry, which was weird because it was soaked in vinegar.

I can sensibly let you know that this wine shop was the most tasteful winery! The inclination is mystical, similar as the wine range. We appreciated being here watching the world pass by and getting a charge out of wine. I urge you to invest some energy around here, it's all awesome. We're surely returning!
