Dining at Lucy's is an experience to be relished. After walking by magnificent pieces of art on the way in, we were welcomed into a beautiful, understated dining room. Our server was warm, genuine, and knowledgeable about local recent history. She took such good care of us. And the meal... all four of us were in culinary heaven with each bite of the food we ordered, with healthy ingredients and subtle layered tastes that kept surprising us. We promised to come back on a Tuesday - Thursday, when our server is working. She was that good!

HI - service was excellent. Loved the room. It was my husband's birthday. They greeted us with a birthday greeting as we walked in but did not offer a birthday dessert or comment during the meal. My husband's salmon was excellent and a large serving. French fries were mediocre at best. Parsnip soup was too sweet and bland. We loved the room and ambience.

The server was told about several dietary restrictions and the food came out with those items included. The dishes for everyone came out at different times. A couple of items did not come out and we needed to remind the server that we had not gotten them yet. Chicken was dry, unacceptable for the prices - or anywhere for that matter. I was at the restaurant years ago and remember not loving it and nowI know why. With so many wonderful restaurants in the area, this is definitely a place I would never recommend.

We weren't sure about this place when the warm burrata came out cold, lacked flavor, and it took a while to get anything to drink. Then, we got our main dish; salmon and chicken. Both were delightful and worth the wait.

Overpriced tasteless food. The most simple thing like potato served on side with mediocre Benny eggs at $31 was tasteless and not cooked through. Never coming back

Ambiance is up to you, charming zen-like appeal on the outside patio overlooking serene lit fountains & twinkling lights on trees in the distance, or the sterile cafeteria style indoor option (probably loud when busy). The dinner was decent, nothing to rush back for, better to go for drinks on the patio to sink into sofas with firepit, and soak up the zen. The wine served by the glass was not the vintage on the menu. The waiter was pleasant & attentive, his help was less so. Had to ask for water glasses to be filled & the table to be wiped down. The helper sprayed the glass (spray going into coffee cup on the table) and rubbing/smearing food crumbs onto the glass tbale top, then leaving a piece of food on the table. When that was pointed out, she flicked it to the food crumb to floor. It's hard to hire good help these days.

I had another deeply disappointing experience at Lucy. I ordered the chilaquiles with chicken and was reassured it would be breast meat. What arrived was soggy and made with thigh meat. After returning it twice, it still wasn’t correct.

Additional charges were added to my bill without explanation, and only after I pushed for clarity was the meal comped — a meal I couldn’t even eat and waited over an hour, outside.

When I voiced my frustration to Paloma, the focus shifted from resolving the issue to managing my reaction. That dynamic landed as manipulative — as though my legitimate disappointment became the offense, rather than the restaurant’s mistakes.

The service felt performative, not genuine, and the kitchen continues to miss the mark on both quality and honesty about ingredients.

For a property of Bardessono’s caliber, this experience was far below expectations. Guests deserve transparency, professionalism, and real hospitality — none of which were present here.

We sat in the patio with our dogs and had a delightful experience. Food was delicious; we shared the Acai bowl, and ordered avocado toast and Caesar salad with salmon. Acai Bowl was beautiful and delicious; avocado toast was beautifully prepared and came with a generous side salad. Coffee is excellent as was the apple tart. Service was exceptional--above and beyond.

The food was delicious, however there were a couple of mix-ups with our dishes. The staff seemed distracted even though there weren't many other guests in the restaurant.

We had a flavorful dinner and the portions were very large. Service was excellent. Downside is restaurant ambience is very sterile. Limited decor and very industrial modern feel that distracted from the warmth of the service and the food.

Sllloowwww service. Took 10 minutes just to get coffee and we were the only people in the dining room. We were in there for an hour and a half for breakfast. And the food was average for the price.

Grain bowl needed more seasoning. Dressing was almost nonexistent. We asked for more and it was incredibly bland! Add garlic, ginger etc The apple tart was delicious! Way overpriced for the quality of the food Truffle fries were limp and not crispy at all. Seems like they may have been baked not fried

The menu is limited and just didn't appeal to me. Also I recommend you sit on the patio for best ambience. Staff was pleasant and desired to be helpful.
