I love the English Muffin here. This place is recommended by my friend and we shared a dozen for to go. The dough is so chewy and has the wheat aromas , perfect for making a breakfast sandwich.

BEST breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!!!!! We waited in line but by the time we got to the front, they said they ran out of sandwiches. We asked if they had anything and he said he’ll see if they can throw something together. Turns out they were out of eggs so he offered to double the meat and honestly, we didn’t miss the egg one bit. The sausage and the aioli on that soft, fresh baked English muffin was delectable!

I love mini model however they’re slipping when it comes to the egg sandwiches. The egg is overcooked and does not taste good at all. It ruined our experience especially because we walked away to eat our sandwiches in a quiet place. While I understand that lines get long and they’re making many sandwiches at once, quality should never be compromised.

We came here after our hot air balloon ride. This place did not disappoint. We got the white mochas and tried the original breakfast sandwich, the chocolate crossiant, the blueberry muffin, and the raspberry croissant. Everything was delicious but the English muffin that the breakfast sandwich is made on is like no English muffin you've ever had. They are so good

My recent experience at Mini Model was incredibly disappointing. While I placed my order through Toast, the issue ultimately lies with Mini Model's lack of communication and customer service.Despite the restaurant taking my payment through Toast, upon arrival, I was informed they had no food available and couldn't fulfill my order. To make matters worse, the staff offered no apology and instead, placed the blame entirely on Toast. This finger-pointing did little to resolve the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience caused.Here's a breakdown of the problems:Order Not Fulfilled: Despite taking my money, Mini Model had no food available.Lack of Communication: I wasn't notified beforehand that my order couldn't be filled.Poor Customer Service: The staff offered no apology and deflected responsibility to Toast.While Toast may have played a role in the initial order processing, the onus falls on Mini Model to ensure their system is accurate and to communicate effectively with customers.If you're considering ordering from Mini Model, I would strongly advise checking their food availability directly before placing an order through Toast. It's also wise to be prepared for potentially poor customer service in the event of an issue.

Just had 2 breakfast sandwiches one was sausage and one was ham. The English muffin was good but the sandwich was terrible! There is like a plastic film over the egg and the egg is a pre made egg thing and not a fresh egg.The reason we come to Yountville is to experience great food! I’ll be going to Bouchon tomorrow or later this morning as my $40 breakfast is in the garbage.
