We had noted in the reservation that we were celebrating our 35th anniversary, yet there was no acknowledgment of this at check‑in, during our lunch, and at departure. It did not feel like a warm welcome for such a special occasion.” The food also was not like when founder and celebrity chef Michael Chiarello was running the restaurant.
Amazing location, very scenic drive! Yountville is a beautiful little town that caters to people from out of town (including some World Tourists!) As for the restaurant - highly impressive! Amazing decor, great host, great service and fantastic food! Highly recommended!
