I still can't get over my wine & chocolate tasting/pairing from last month! This was the most unique wine tasting experience I've had. If you're looking for something different and easy in Yountville this is the place. We enjoyed rose when we walked in the door and then 4 wines with 4 different chocolates (which all paired beautifully). I can't recommend this experience enough!
This was our 3rd time doing the Bacon & Wine tasting. We can't wait to taste what chef has come up with each time - they change their sauces that go with the bacon all the time so the experience is always new and different. Their Double Barrel Cab was so good, we came back the next day and got a glass of it to go with our Priest Kitchen Smash Burger. Jose, thank you for another fantastic tasting, we look forward to seeing you again next time!
