Service was fair, we had a long wait for water after being seated and even longer to be greeted. Food was good, but not exciting.

Loved The Restaurant at North Block! Great meal, and the place is equally as adorable. Highly recommend you check it out.

Everything was absolutely gorgeous : the location, the room, the cocktails, the tasting menu, the kindness of the staff. And the European-style breakfast was excellent. We'll be back, that's for sure.

This place is sneaky.. a hidden gem. Not many people visit but atmosphere, service, quality, location, music, attentiveness, details were all on point. I did the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing and it surprised me. I was told by Duke my server that Chef is reaching for his first ⭐️and I believe if he keeps this up and stay consistent it'll be reservation only.

Great food, creative dishes that were very tasty. I especially loved the heirloom tomato salad and risotto with scallops! Service was attentive and pleasant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our meal at North Block. The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and the décor is beautiful with a warm, modern touch. We ordered the scallops, tuna crudo, short ribs, bolognese pasta, lemon tart, and ice cream, and every single dish was perfectly executed. The flavors were incredible and the presentation was stunning. Hands down, it was the best meal we had during our entire trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, classy and welcoming dining experience at North Block. The staff are professional and knowledgable about the dishes being served. I ordered the tomato and burrata salad (very fresh and yummy) and the bolognese with pasta. I enjoyed my meal and time at North Block.

There is a reason they don't include prices on their online menu. It is way overpriced, especially the $135 tasting menu. Other than the halibut ‘course' the food was average and petite. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive, but courses dragged in the kitchen. $40 corkage for a bottle I brought even though we bought two bottles and cocktails. There are better choices in the valley for less. The bar was full and the food looked better, so maybe that is the best way to experience this establishment. I miss the old Redwood. The new place obviously isn't intended to be a local's favorite.

It was AMAZING! We did the chefs tasting and I highly recommend it. Every dish was delicious and unique. We did the wine pairing as well and every wine was perfect with the dish. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Wow, the tasting menu was fantastic. Our service was excellent, we enjoyed the wine pairing too. Chef is super talented and we will come back again next time we are in town.

We met a local from Yountville at a golf tournament who highly recommended this restaurant. He said it’s still underrated and not many people know about it yet. We decided to give it a try without doing any research and we were pleasantly surprised. We went with the tasting menu and every dish was creative and delicious. The presentation was beautiful and the desserts were phenomenal. That local was right...this place really is a hidden gem!

Reba spoiled us with her amazing balanced craft cocktails the night prior. She inspired us to have dinner! Alex took excellent care of us on the back patio (and our Doodle.) It was the perfect meal! Cocktails by Reba and delicious fresh creations by Chef Cabrera. We loved every bite! Burrata and Tomatoes Hokkaido Scallops Chitarra with Lobster Bolognese Tagliatelle - melted in our mouth!! Wow! Reba blew us away with her talent, knowledge, and her very own cocktail recipes! Reba is the best mixologist in all the Valley!

We left really disappointed that we chose the tasting menu… 90++ usd each. Go for a la carte!!!

Me and my partner are visiting Napa, and we decided to go for the tasting menu, we wanted to see what the chef wanted to showcase and honestly very disappointing. Taste wise we were a little disappointed but to me that’s a minor issue given taste is preferential. Scallop and peaches dish was just way too peachy and sour you could barely taste the scallop.

The main thing was the portion sizes being waaaay too small. We’re from Thailand so we’re already not use to the usual huge American portions but we were shocked at how small each piece of food was. I expected the starters to be small, but the gnocchetti dish came and it was easy to count how many pieces we got, I’m sure you can see from the picture. Then the main dish came to my complete surprise we were served two (thumb size) pieces of steak… use the corn kernels on the side as a comparison…

We were left hungry after the main dish arrived that we had to ask the server for an a la carte item which he recommended a tagliatelle bolognese. Maybe my perspective is wrong but I don’t think anyone should leave a tasting menu feeling hungry. We regretted not going for the a la carte menu from the start, maybe we would have got our moneys worth. We considered going for a second meal in town right after but we were too tired. Not an experience I would recommend to anybody after spending 275 usd (all-in).

I will note though the server was really great and very attentive and made the evening slightly better but honestly the food just brought the whole down experience.
