I ordered the original recipe and received crispy. I got all the way home to discover the error. I called and spoke with the "manager" who was unprofessional. I believe This person, (insert preferred pronoun here) was not a manager. This very same person said it was impossible as they ran out of crispy chicken an hour ago as to say that my claim was a lie. I am very well aware of the difference between original & crispy chicken. Well, the chicken in my possession is as crispy as you can get. Said person never offered to make it right or offer to redo the order either. They also said to remove the outer coating if it was too crispy. OH, my mistake I wanted the bland a$$ chicken! Isn't it one of the reasons we all go to KFC for the flavor? Often I find they are even out of the one item that is their namesake, THE CHICKEN! The bucket of chicken usually has at least 1 breast piece in it also, legs and thighs with 1 gratuitous wing was what I got. I'm very disappointed.

They are really slow for apple fries you can wait 20 minutes I don't really like the staff who work there they spend their time shouting and playing

If I could give it zero stars I would. I stopped by tonight with my husband and the place was extremely dirty, the tables hadn't been cleaned even though the restaurant was empty. We ordered the food and although we got it quickly, it was the worst food we have ever received. It looked like pieces of left over chicken. I took the food back to the register and complained and the girl who cooked it said it was about 2 hours old but it clearly looked like it had been reheated multiple times. I asked for new food and she said it would take at least an hour for it to cook. I then told the manager that I would like a refund and she seemed annoyed to have to refund me the money. I told her that their food was disgusting and that she needed to return my money because there was no way we were going to eat that. Reluctantly returned my money but I will be checking with my bank to make sure it really was refunded because it doesn't appear so.

Experienced the worst customer service. Came through drive through and ordered the 16 piece family meal and paid $55.99 plus tax, ended up waiting around 20 minutes for our food. Got home and realized our fries were missing. My husband called and spoke to the manager, my husband asked what they would do about this before he drove back to pick up our fries (manager did not offer anything for inconvenience) she stated she would have our fries ready for pick up. I called back and stated that I was not happy about this and we should get something more than just our fries for the inconvenience, Manager said we could have a cake, I continued to tell her that I was not happy with that after the inconvenience of the wait time plus not having all our food and as I was speaking she hung up on me. Terrible customer service and I will not ever be going back.

The employees were inattentive to the customers, the delivery guy in front of us had to wait for 45min to get a order the food was over cooked by the heating element and they wouldn't make any fresh foods ..
