I was traveling down I5 and stopped here for a snack and restroom break. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, more than you could hope for from a Starbucks. Kudos to the people working here for doing such a good job.
Stopped to get some coffee. Brought my own glass cup to avoid plastic but they didn’t take it and poured my hot coffee into a plastic container to then pour into my glass cup. Disappointed
I've been to a lot Of Starbucks, the only thing that I have to say is the drive through is horribly designed. Just go in, it's way faster. And the parking South, the best either

i come here quite often and it seems like the only time you can make a caramel macchiato not wrong is if i go inside which is completely unacceptable its not like these drink are 3 or 4 dollars its 7 dollars a coffee and when i ask for extra carmel in a carmel macchiato i get 0 carmel so its like whats the point at this moment im just getting macchiatos which taste like a black coffee with cream, i come to starbucks to get a nice sweet coffee and instead i get a tangy trashy experience and it amazes me how bad u can make a drink ive thrown atleast 3 of these out cause they are undrinkable its not worth to come here if ur wanting to get a lined carmel cup, they do not cater to your asks
We each ordered a hot Mocha; the staff was friendly, very efficient, and the drinks were hot and delicious!
Went to the store to redeem my birthday coffee. I don’t have an app on my phone that apparently had it registered, but carry my ID with me. No free coffee for birthday boy.

the service isn’t good
I do not understand how this Starbucks still gets customers. I put in a mobile order in for drive through. I waited in a long line for my drink just for them to tell me my drink wasn’t ready yet and I had to go through the LONG drive through line again or come inside. They said my order would be ready at 6:57 and I got there after 7. I went inside because I had to get to nursing school and didn’t have time to go back through the drive through line. I went inside and I saw my drink ready and sitting in the drive through line mobile order spot. They took several minutes to help me in store and give me my order even though they were the ones who told me I could come in store and pick it up. The customer service is horrendous. The employees seem incompetent. They have no idea how much this inconveniences people and it seems like it is all out of pettiness. Next time, I will sit at the drive through window until they give me my order or I just won’t go there because I give them a chance every time and they seem to disappoint with their horrible service and bad attitudes.
Terrible my drive through order came through as in-store pick up and the associate was too lazy to grab it from the counter and made me wait for the whole drive through line and go around to get it inside saying it's a corporate policy that they can't get it. I called corporate and their phone line stated there was a glitch in the app that was not letting drive through pick up and to order instock pick up and go through drive through. I went in to tell the manager and she just regurgitated the same BS that it's all corporates fault, they set that policy and they didn't tell them there was a problem with the app. Just terrible take some ownership of your lazy, power happy employees.

My favorite place for breakfast or a quick bite through out the day. Usually pretty quick, and the service used to be amazing. Everyone was happy and treated you like a human. Whoever they have working now doesn’t seem too happy. They just throw the food at me and send me on my way. No “hey” “have a good day” etc.
So whoever the manager was working today was literally Petty because Zeke went to go sit up in a chair and instead of asking him to get out of the chair she literally kicked us out into the rain yet again and it's pouring wet outside and I bought a coffee too in order to even be there so this is unnecessary and absolutely ridiculous and people need to stop being so unnecessarily Petty and ridiculous and it's not like he's causing any problems because everybody that comes through there and meets him absolutely loves him so she's creating a huge problem out of absolutely nothing
I have been an avid supporter of Starbucks for years.
New policy of “ order before you can use our bathroom” is discriminatory. I will not buy from this Starbucks ever again.
You should reflect on this “policy”
In times of stress in our world.. Starbucks does not need to add to this.
