Coffee was hot and the caramel macchiato was middle of the road. I swear they just make it the same regardless of how you placed the mobile order.
Nobody working there said a word to me. Happy Thanksgiving.

I placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes, but when I went through the drive-thru, they refused to hand me my drink. I had to go inside, and even then, it still wasn’t ready. The drive-thru employee was rude, and the inside of the store looked unclean. For a $10 drink, I expected much better service and cleanliness. Very disappointing experience.

Slowww. Ordered two drinks. They make the first, then proceed to make 5-6 other drinks before making our second drink. Now the first is lukewarm.
I feel like for how much the food costs here maybe some better care could be taken for people's food... And make it actually worth the money..

I went through the drive-thru and waited about 30 minutes for my three drinks. One of them was made wrong, and the other two were never given to me. When I asked for a refund, they told me to call corporate instead of helping me. At other Starbucks locations, I always receive great service and quick solutions, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I also noticed that the manager isn’t helping the baristas to know how to have a great connection with customers. Based on my experience and from reading other reviews, it seems like the manager might be part of the problem at this store.

Said no whip on my drink at the kiosk, because the whip is not just on the top but the middle of the drink. Said it multiple times. Takes forever to get to the window and at the window the drink had whip.
Okay things happen but I get attitude when I didn't take the drink because I said no whip. Says she'll re make it. I watch one of the people there push all the whip off the top take it around the corner and brings it back not even a minute later. Guess what. Whip was still in the drink itself.
I'm tired and just want to get home or I'd have gone in. So no if I could give service a 0 I would.

For the 7 workdays, I have went inside and placed my order, everyone is always very nice and professional. Today I went into the drive through, started placing my order, ordered the first drink all good, I asked for a specific drink and was told they could not make it (I never get the same thing) But it has been made for me on several occasions, so I said ok I will order something else, I started, the young lady told me that my order was cancelled that I am always rude, have a good day. Drive on through, I stated that I could file a complaint and she said she was too. I spend a minimum there of $15.00 per day, always tip $1.00 per drink. But I do not need to be put in this category, I am always on the phone with my co-worker when I am ordering, she was shocked about how I was treated, I have never been rude to this lady. I guess I am done purchasing drinks at this location.

Anthony, Ava, and Amanada is hands down some of the best baristas at this location. Anthony is so professional, consistently friendly, and always goes the extra mile to get every detail right when taking your order. His energy is unmatched from the moment you pull up to the drive-thru, he greets you with the biggest smile and makes the experience feel personal and genuine.
You can tell he truly cares about his work and the customers he serves. Honestly, Starbucks is lucky to have him — it’s rare to find someone who consistently shows up, delivers, and makes people’s day better. Anthony is amazing!
Ava, is always making sure she’s making your drink up to your standard and always has a smile on her face doing it! She is absolutely sweet! And love when I see her making my drink!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding a mobile order experience I had at your location today.
I placed a mobile order for drive-through pickup, and after waiting approximately 5–6 minutes, I joined the line behind four cars. By the time I reached the speaker, about 10 minutes had passed since I had placed my order. I gave my name as requested and continued to the window.
When I arrived at the window, 15 minutes had elapsed since placing my order, and I was told that my drink was not ready. The employee informed me that I would need to either pull around, park, or come inside to retrieve it. I explained that I placed a mobile order specifically for drive-through pickup and that had I ordered at the speaker, I would have received my order at the window. I also emphasized that I had already given my name at the speaker and that my order should have been in queue.
Instead of resolving the issue, the manager told me I would have to go back through the line behind seven more cars or come inside, which defeats the entire purpose of placing a mobile order for convenience. When I refused to do so and stated that I would wait at the window for my order, the manager threatened to call the police.
I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and an unacceptable way to treat a customer. I have never experienced such poor service, especially after placing an order well in advance with clear instructions for drive-through pickup.
I would like this incident to be reviewed, and I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this situation is being addressed. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive the service they paid for in the manner it was offered.
I chose not to get my drink and left. It was ridiculous.

I was traveling down I5 and stopped here for a snack and restroom break. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, more than you could hope for from a Starbucks. Kudos to the people working here for doing such a good job.
Stopped to get some coffee. Brought my own glass cup to avoid plastic but they didn’t take it and poured my hot coffee into a plastic container to then pour into my glass cup. Disappointed
