I used to really love using Crumbl, but the last time I ordered over $65 worth of goods for my neighbor, and they left it on the doorstep, without finding out if anybody was home. They never called me to say the person wasn’t home. The products I ordered were full of ants and ruined. The company seems to use DoorDash. And nowhere where did I see that DoorDash just leaves the product without letting the buying customer know if it was delivered or not. I’m anxious to use it again, but I am very cautious. Until they take care of using a different delivery service.

Went in around 3:40, girl working was very rude. When walking in she did not welcome me, she kind of just stared. After calling my name out I went to the counter, she just put the cookie in the box, and didn’t ask if it looked okay like they usually do, she was doing it at an angle so I could barely see what was going on. After that, she handed me the cookie and before I could thank you, she turned fast and walked away. Upon exiting she never say thank you she just went back to whatever she was doing. Overall not a pleasant experience, I believe she was the only person working but regardless that is not how you treat a customer, I have been to this location over 6 times with no issue up until now.

The cookies unfortunately didn't live up to the price point. They are quite small—essentially bite-sized—and the Strawberries 'n' Cream cookie was so crumbly I couldn't even pick it up; it felt like trying to piece together crumbs rather than eating a whole cookie. While the Carrot Cake cookie was decent, I’ve had better elsewhere. Additionally, the advertising is a bit misleading—the photos show a double-stacked cookie, but you actually receive a single and would have to buy two to recreate the look yourself.
