So I had a gift card with just five dollars left, I ordered cookie, paid with gift card. Realized. I owed .96 cents for tax. I don't have my wallet , nor cash with me.
But I tell the counter guy, I can only see five dollars and it says I owe $96 so I'm going to go look in my car and see if I can gather enough change cuz I don't have any cash on me and I went out and I came back and I found 89 cents I was 7 cents short gave it to the guy and I said I'm seven pennies short and that's all I have and he said oh don't worry we can put the $5 back on your gift card and you can come back a different day when you have more money so for 7 cents he wasn't going to let me slide for seven easy pennies
