Ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese, the employee seemed confused about what that was (it's on the menu on the wall behind her w/a picture), asked some guy in the back, then took the order. What I ended up with was a microwaved bagel, egg, & cheese with no bacon. Not sure how you forget Bacon when it's literally in the name of the sandwich but here we are.

Just came here for the first time and a nice man who named Andy I believe was helping us. This was our first time at Dunkin and I cannot express enough how amazing it was. Such a pleasant experience. We ordered our drink and he was so helpful with drink and food items and literally changed my day from a difficult one to putting a smile of the faces of my family in my car. 10/10 recommend and hope management shows recognition to Andy. Customer service was the best I’ve had from anywhere in so long????

I seriously LOVE this store. The staff is incredible. They're kind, patient, engaging and they make great coffee. I am a huge fan of a good cold brew with sweet foam. The staff know me by name and if my dog isn't with me they inquire where he is. They see so many customers a day, its really amazing that they can remember my name. Big shout out to Chelsea, Janeli, Carly, Anna and Amelia! You make my day everytime I see you. I'm sorry if I misspelled any names.

I asked for light ice my cup is totally filled with ice ordered some maple logs and they just tossed them face down so i have a maple favored bag which they forgot half my order and then i thought after paying for the other half and they still forgot a

I love getting the butter pecan coffee with sweet cold foam! Can't beat it - if it's not on the menu you can order as the original blend coffee (butter pecan) with 2 cream, 2 sugar and sweet cold foam. Service is great as always, and interior is nice and welcoming.

First time trying Dunkin donuts, also my last time. I ordered an iced caramel latte and a dozen donuts, but only received 8 donuts. The latte was okay but for the price I'd rather just get dutch bros, Starbucks or McDonald.As stated above I only got 8 of my 12 donuts in the bag (yes small paper bag, they didn't even give a donut box like I expected). On top of that the 8 in I did receive weren't even the ones I ordered. They were okay tasting but not great.The shop didn't even have donuts in view so you can see what your ordering. Big disappointment.
