Just came here for the first time and a nice man who named Andy I believe was helping us. This was our first time at Dunkin and I cannot express enough how amazing it was. Such a pleasant experience. We ordered our drink and he was so helpful with drink and food items and literally changed my day from a difficult one to putting a smile of the faces of my family in my car. 10/10 recommend and hope management shows recognition to Andy. I seriously LOVE this store. The staff is incredible. They're kind, patient, engaging and they make great coffee. I am a huge fan of a good cold brew with sweet foam. The staff know me by name and if my dog isn't with me they inquire where he is. They see so many customers a day, its really amazing that they can remember my name. Big shout out to Chelsea, Janeli, Carly, Anna and Amelia! You make my day everytime I see you. I'm sorry if I misspelled any names.
