Excellent service on a late Sunday afternoon. I used the mobile app for my order with pick-up at the counter. The food was prepared exactly as requested and was ready in a bit over 5 minutes. Excellent preparation of the Jumbo Jack burgers and tacos. Food tasted very good with the tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers very fresh. All of my food was cold. I literally live 7 minutes from the restaurant and my sandwich I requested with no onions was cold and had all the condiments including the onions. It’s disappointing that we can’t go anywhere in this area and expect the food you paid for to be correct.

We literally waited in line for over 20 minutes, the lady at the window was nice but literally took one cars order and made the next one wait till they got to the window, paid and got their food before she took the next cars order. There was only 2 car ahead of us and it took 20 minutes before it got to our turn. They desperately need a new speaker!!!! It crackled and had a horrible sound that came from it at all times and made it kinda hard to hear the lady.
