Hallelujah! This food is amazing. Anthony is an exceptional cook. The service here is superb. And the atmosphere is magnetic. Stop by and try the fish and chips if you ever find yourself in Yuba City (11/10).
Consist food, good drinks, good people, the shepherds pie is my favorite, but the fish and chips is what it's know for.
Had a great experience at Hooligans Bar and Bistro! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, the service was friendly, and the overall experience was enjoyable from start to finish. It’s a great spot in Yuba City to relax, grab some good food and drinks, and enjoy the atmosphere. I’d definitely come back again!
