I wanted to leave a review for a waitress at the Ihop in yuba city ca. Her name is Liliana Berumen, she had Excellent customer service skills I literally felt like i was having breakfast at home. I felt welcomed and my family was so happy to receive such prompt service as we were really hungry. liliana was so caring and met all our expectations. As she was going around at the other tables she had such good energy and treated every table

Went on the Sunday before labor day... we got there right after the computers went down nationwide and it was packed with a line out the door. We got our names on the list, we needed a spot that was wheelchair accessible. With all the chaos of people and writing meal tickets .... our food was delicious and tasted fresh and was hot. Our waiter Lilly was very pleasant, apologized for the wait, was friendly and quick. The whole team did an amazing job under the circumstances...
