The Starbucks hwy 99 team are always a breath of fresh air, positive, upbeat, and welcoming, creating a good vibe whether going inside or through the drive-through. One reviewer got served by a super sweet and super social curly haired lady, and everyone else was friendly too. Orders are often taken with good spirits and received within 2-5 minutes, nice and hot-warm. A favorite add-on is the Ube topping. However, some recent reviews note the usual friendly vibe has faded and orders are taking longer. For those who are not fans of the coffee, the breakfast sandwiches and desserts are great.
