I feel like Starbucks should be able to afford more than two employees at a time. They are always busy, and take way too long because two people are trying to do everything. I am leaving 4 stars, instead of less because the staff works so hard. Come on Starbucks, step up and hire some people. I need some gift cards for Christmas but I am not trying to wait 20 minutes for it.
5/5 stars for Sheryl/Cheryl the barista. She was so amazing, polite, and patient and accommodating to my request. She made my experience outstanding. I will come back to this location for the atmosphere she helps create. <3
