The lady forgot one of our drinks and then lied when she said that my drink didn't say no ice (went in the drive through) said she doesn't take the orders but was really nasty and rude about it. Finally got my Dr. Pepper NO ICE after explaining that it was ordered that way and it doesn't matter if she takes the order or not that's the way we ordered it. Then she forgot one of the other drinks all together. We had to remind her that we had in fact ordered 2...

The Manager here really cares about customer service. I didn't have to tell him what I wanted, he went out of his way to find out and make sure. I wanted to eat my meal, then order another one to take to my colleague on my way out. I didn't have to explain it because he already knew. He was also charismatic and involved with his team. This place has good leadership.

I usually don’t take the time to review fast food places because they’re all pretty much self-explanatory but I wanted to leave this because Brian is awesome! He definitely made my wait awesome and was holding down the fort during the midnight rush. There were some obnoxious drunkards (it was 3 am - no surprise there) and he handled them awesomely.
