Do not go here... we ordered over $70 of food. Paid and they asked us to wait at the front door for our food, about 15 minutes later they brought out the bag. I told my sister that we needed to double check our order because I saw another customer walk in with a bag like she was missing something. We checked and sure enough we were missing a few items. The staff has a tendency to be rude. they constantly run out of chicken, yes chicken. they run out of drinks and sides. we have never received our full order correct. chicken is really good, when they have it.
I ordered the jumbalia bowl, paid for it, and was asked to park until it was ready. After waiting for about 5 mins I was brought my food and as I was pulling out I took a bite and it was barely even lukewarm. I drove back and asked for my money back.
During this period I noticed that they had asked at least 3 other cars to park. I saw the drive thru cashier bring out their orders. It's obvious to me that they are trying to keep their drive thru times low. They had to know...read full review
