I order on the mobile app this morning around 9:40 and they gave me a wrong drink. I couldn’t wait because I had work at 10 and didn’t want to be late. But your employees need to pay attention to the orders and give out the right orders.

I like the food service on ikever scene about Starbucks. Somewhat disturbed. I went to to the new Starbucks macoming. What's the dental in UBC was bad service one of the locations the new Starbucks open in Yuba City new Because I didn't put it home whipped cream on top they forgot the orderCalifornia.

I don't have an issue with any local Starbucks. Starbucks in general offers to give you stars for fulfilling food purchases. A recent offer promoted stars if you purchased a hot meal 3 times in a row. I called service when I noticed I had only been credited for one day. It turns out buying hot oatmeal is not considered a hot meal purchase!! Absurd!!

The strawberry açai refresher's have completely changed. They're charging five dollars per a water down drink full of ice and there's hardly any base. I pay for extra bass and they charge me a dollar but they just add more water to it. I'm getting super frustrated with Starbucks and.

i'm not one to really do review; this is my first and i feel like i had toi went to bogue drive through and i always love their service and coffee, but today was different. the drive through took 25 minutes, when i got my drink they mess it up i got my drink at 11:16 i went inside and kindly asked them to remake it, they gave me my drink at 12:07 and it still wasn't the coffee i asked for. super super frustrating since i was waiting for an hour. another person came and said i've been waiting for 30 minutes and a lady who worked there basically yelled and said we're back ordered wait! coffee shouldn't take over an hour. the drink just went into trash

This was one of my first visits to this Starbucks in at least one year. It good to see that things have not changed : (Slow slow service. No one at the register to help. And when my order finally came up.....hot americanos...the barista did not offer cup insulators or even an carrying tray. I only will come here if I have to!!Three stars to the barista who finally did help me. She was nice and friendly

I forgot to stop and get my drink on the way home from errands and came an hour later. Batista remade my drink and was very gracious about it. Thank you!!
Very nice staff and always care about serving their customers with full respect. I always have a great experience. The drinks come out amazing and fast.
