This was one of my first visits to this Starbucks in at least one year. It good to see that things have not changed : (Slow slow service. No one at the register to help. And when my order finally came up.....hot americanos...the barista did not offer cup insulators or even an carrying tray. I only will come here if I have to!!Three stars to the barista who finally did help me. She was nice and friendly
I was recently at this establishment with my two young nephews and my car broke down in the drive-thru. The people behind were very understanding and one of the gentlemen working the window came right out and pushed us out of the drive thru and I was able to pop the clutch! There is kind people out there still willing to help someone in need. He was very helpful and I was grateful to be back on the road headed home.PS.
