Had taco bell today and it was amazing where im from its normally disgusting in Georgia where we live it was nice to enjoy it.
If you have a person at the front of the drive through taking orders you should have a menu screen there too.... just saying
I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent online order today, after placing my order I forced to wait over an hour.

Taco Bell offers wonderful food and excellent service in a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and willing to help in any way. Customers appreciate the nice store layout, including the kiosk that allows for quick ordering without needing to speak to someone, making it faster to go inside than to use the drive-thru. While some customers have experienced issues with cold food, missing items, and the accuracy of orders, the staff is generally nice and efficient. Carlos, a register staff member, has been highlighted for his amazing service, being friendly and accommodating, which has earned him high praise. The Chalupa remains a popular item on the menu, but customers should be prepared for a higher price point. The restaurant is busy at times, leading to longer waits in the drive-thru, but the large parking lot helps ease the situation. Inside, the restaurant is noted for being clean and well-presented, and the food is usually fresh and well-packaged, although the quality can be inconsistent.
