Visited this store and went back about 20 minutes later to ask for a receipt reprint because the cookies were bought for an event, on a company card. The person who stepped in to help was visibly annoyed and yelled (actually yelled) loudly for staff to remember to ask customers if they want their receipts. She let me know that their register isn’t capable of recalling receipts and she would do it this one time. She handed me the receipt I said “Thanks” she says “YUP”. As I was walking out she went back to helping the customer she was helping prior to and said “Sorry, I’m so sorry that was so rude, I’m sorry.”? In 2025 asking for a receipt reprint should not be that difficult or warrant that response. Very off putting experience.

The Cookie Tree HAS Very very rude & disrespectful customer service. Super unprofessional!! Was ordering food and coffee with my family To GO !!!! I had my tiny teacup Chihuahua with me which was in a slingshot carrier that goes over my shoulder. This employee or supervisor/manager waited until after I ordered my food and coffee & said does the dog serve a purpose and I said no and she said you need to leave immediately. I said I will leave once I get my coffee! and then I left!! I DONT recommend this little shop to anyone! Here I was helping her small business by ordering food with my family never again! !!! Horrible customer service!!!

Crackle and Rascal cookies are my favorites! Delicious every time!! But highly disappointed with the cheesecake. Couldn’t wait to bite into the chocolate chip cheesecake and it was extremely dry! Had a tough time eating it as it just flaked and fell apart. Not worth it. Cookies are worth every penny but the other desserts they offer have fallen short every time I’ve decided to splurge on something extra. Guess they are named Cookie Tree for a reason.
The cookies are good I’m just disappointed they were closed for the fourth, it’s not even an important holiday. I’m more so disappointed that they didn’t update their times on Google. Google stated they were open and I drove 30 min to see a sign on the door that read closed all weekend. Please update your hours on Google next time.

I haven't been here in at least 6 years. One thing I can say is that the cookies here are consistently good. The young lady who helped me was polite and talkative. The only reason for the rating is that I had asked for peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, and I later discovered they were just peanut butter. Will definitely return the next time I'm in town.

Went in first thing this morning. Wanted Diana Sugar & Snickerdoodle as stated on their daily menu. I was told rudely "don't have any". The chocolate chip cookies I purchased are raw in the middle, the frosted sugar cookies are hard and stale. Won't be going back
