Good ice cream and great service

Horrible customer service. You could definitely tell as soon as we entered they did not want to serve us, despite us being polite. The worker with the braid on 6/19 @8:50 was rude, inattentive, and had an attitude for absolutely no reason.

Amazing milkshakes, very friendly, highly recommend.

Top This is great. It has various flavors of frozen yogurt, regular ice cream, and nearly any topping you want. PROS: Its the perfect place for a cool treat. CONS: I WANT EVERYTHING. 😂

In all honesty this place was nasty. I ordered the churro Sunday and the brownie Sunday and both the donuts that they used for the churro and the brownie were stale and dry. If you come here you’re better off just getting a scoop of ice cream or something. Also a little overpriced for how disappointing everything was. You’re better off going to Walmart

Hi normally love coming to this place but whoever was working at 7 on the 14th of May was beyond rude! As someone who works in customer service she needs to re-evaluate how she talks to her customers.

Absolutely amazing staff, service, and product! Was Absolutely delighted by every aspect of my adventure into the shop, I will definitely be a returning customer! Keep up the amazing work!

Hannah is an absolute doll!! Very customer oriented. The Dubai brownie is also incredible!! I highly recommend this location if you’ve got a late night sweet tooth!! They are open until 8:30 pm on Saturdays!!! ❤️ Loved it here

I can’t review the ice cream because we never even got inside. The hours clearly state 2–9 PM. My kids and I waited outside the locked doors for 15 minutes past opening while the girl behind the counter watched us the entire time. She then disappeared to the back, and we never saw her again.

First impressions matter, and this was unacceptable. Based on other reviews, customer service here seems to be a consistent problem.

The ice cream is super tasty and all the creations are soo good. 10/10 recommend

My husband, kids, and myself have been coming here since the opening night of this location.

I am giving 4 stars because the owner makes amazing desserts and keeps delicious ice cream in stock.

If it werent for this, I would give them less stars because their customer service is just poor. It has been like this for the last 2 years, where you feel like an inconvenience to the girls working. Very rarley do you see them smile, and usually they are short with you. The energy was so much better when the owner and her daughter were there regularly.

We have gone to this place many times without issue but this evening was a big disappointment!
Frozen yogurt was very watery and would not hold shape at all and the milkshake was like water . I think the lady was having problems with the blender .Spent $16 and then we drove over to janyos to get frozen yogurt that wasn't melted ...
