I’ve been in the drive-through for over 20 minutes with little to no movement. For a seven dollar coffee! And I can’t get out of the drive-through even if I wanted… It seems like this location is getting slower and slower. Don’t run through if you’re needing to be anywhere on time.

When sitting in a long drive thru line a wait time is expected and understandable. But when I order ahead and even select the pick up time. I shouldn’t have to check in, wait an additional 20 minutes and then check in AGAIN. Only to be finally handed a watered down drink that’s been sitting forgotten. And I’ve had this happen twice now. Dutch Bros is quick and upbeat, even when the line is long. I love the Golden Eagle Chai and the lemon muffin top, but the sweetness can be overpowering. If you're used to Starbucks, expect a much bolder sugar hit. Great service and fun vibes overall.
