After a not so great visit from another El Pollo Loco I came to the one here in Yucaipa tonight. I came around 9 p.m. to pick up my order I had placed on the app. Even though they were busy I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. I was impressed right away with that and also the restaurant was clean both in the dining area and back in the prep area where they were putting together the orders! Food was very good and presented well

The food is always excellent. Sometimes service is slow.

Parking: Not many spots in the lot

Kid-friendliness: A child could eat the entire menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: At least one designated rable.

The app doesn't have a way to add for extras and I called the store and the lady was super nice and added it for me thanks El Pollo Loco for making my shift as comfortable as possible ?.. As I didn't pack a lunch today ?..
