My husband ordered katsu chicken upon returning home he noticed it was teriyaki chicken. I called and spoke to both Audrey and Maria at the Lake Elsinore restaurant and they said that it was he ordered. In all the years we have been eating there we only order Katsu chicken. Audrey proceeded to tell me my husband was hard of hearing and that is what he ordered. Very disrespectful and unacceptable. I hope no one else has experienced this- need to train personnel!
