You can never go wrong with this place. The establishment is impeccably clean, staff is extremely polite and helpful. They staff on the heavy side which I prefer as you are never but a second away from some who can assist you in so many ways. For some reason they no longer offer Lunch specials which was a great way to introduce yourself to other dishes you otherwise might not have given a second glance. Two things: Their sushi is great!
Ramen: Don't - this dish is something that wasn't authentic at all & I missed the complexity of a decent dashi broth & better topping.

I’ve heard about a really good sushi place in yucca. (Living in Palm Springs for several years, I’ve yet to find a really good affordable sushi spot in the Coachella valley).
