Applebee's has gone downhill. They don't clear plates unless you ask. When I was a server I couldn't leave a table empty handed if there were plates or cups. Quality control seems non-existent. Used to enjoy this place. Probably won't be back.

I ordered a whole rack of their "Double- Glazed Baby Back Ribs are slow- cooked for that fall-off-the-bone perfection." The meat was extremely dry and I had to use a steak knife to cut each rib apart; I won't go into details about how challenging it was to eat them off of the rib. I've NEVER had ribs this dried out, so disappointed.I also ordered boneless wings, assuming that they were chicken, but I have no idea what the meat was! It didn't have the texture of any kind of meat I've ever eaten - I spat it out after I chewed it a couple of times. Needless to say, this was the BIGGEST waste of a $45 pickup order for food EVER. YUK, Applebee's YUKKA VALLEY, just YUK.I should have gone to Dickey's.

Ordered curbside. Sent message when we arrived 15 minutes early. No one came out. After our order was past time I went in and our meal was bagged and sitting on the counter. I asked did they not receive the text we were there she informed me the machine was off. No apologies. They did not come to curbside the 29 MI uses we sat there. We will not do curbside again.

They have a lot of deals on the menu ordering two meals for $30. I had the Fiesta Lime Chicken that was very tasty but not too tart with the lime. I didn't want rice and subbed coleslaw, but didn't care for the dressing. Stephen got the Cheese Burger and thought it was good though it was well done instead of medium rare. We each had a Cesar Salad. Their soda is Pepsi products and not a fan of this cola. It also seemed like the mix was not right. Overall the meal was good value and I loved the outside seating area.
